The Class of 2001 sponsored and served in the Drink Tent and an army of volunteers ensured a successful event for all of our guests. Laine Buquoi and Melissa Gallagher coordinated desserts and Mario Bogran ’82, Mardi Gras Snowballs NOLA, provided snoballs. The Crusader Cooking team prepared and served hamburgers, hot dogs, and other delicious selections. Patrons were treated to 15 dishes and 9 homebrews prepared by competitors. Beautiful weather graced the 2019 Crusader Cook-off & Homebrew Competition on Sunday, September 22nd as alumni, family, and friends enjoyed delicious food and drinks in the Backyard and the Terrace.
